Career Ladder Program for Registered Nurses
Tidewell is pleased to offer a career ladder program for registered nurses. The Career Ladder Program provides the framework for developing, promoting, and rewarding RN’s that have direct patient care.
The program contains two tracks: RN/RNCM Specialist and RN/RNCM Leader.
The RN/RNCM Specialist track is designed for RN’s who are experts in nursing and would like to increase their knowledge and skills in the field. The RN/RNCM Specialist serves as the nurse subject matter expert and is involved with the education of others.
The RN/RNCM Leader track is intended for RN’s who are experts in nursing and would like to advance to a clinical leadership position. The RN/RNCM Leader works side-by-side with a Clinical Director and conducts training and attends classes to develop their management skills.
Candidates for the Career Ladder Program are nominated by their supervisor or a member of the Career Ladder Review Board and must meet all of the eligibility requirements. In addition, applicants must complete an application and submit a portfolio.
